In addition to this, we’ll also cover 2 new releases and announce the support for free performance monitoring for Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Database Managed Instance and Amazon Web Service RDS for SQL Server, so let’s get busy ApexSQL CI/CD toolkit The ApexSQL CI/CD toolkit is a continuous database integration and delivery toolkit that allows you to automate work flow pipelines to integrate database changes, test and deliver to production. Depending on your preference, you can choose from 3 possible implementations: Opensource PowerShell scripts Web dashboard TeamCity plug-in (more to come soon including Jenkins, Bamboo, Octupus Deploy, etc.) Configure a CI pipeline with the ApexSQL CICD toolkit Regardless of the implementation you choose, here’s a step-by-step guidance on how to set up a CI pipeline that you can use. ApexSQL Audit 2018 R5 Last but not least, we’ve released a new version of ApexSQL Audit with the following enhancements: The server-side components can now be automatically installed from within the application GUI when adding SQL Server instances in the domain environment The Inactive repository alert has been added to notify when no auditing information has been inserted into the central repository database during a specified time-period Application level security has been added.
