The free editions offer support for Azure SQL database, SQL Express and Amazon RDS. Click here to see all of our free tool editions. If so, we offer free keys for ApexSQL Monitor, ApexSQL Backup and ApexSQL Source Control. We’d welcome you to join the many others who have taken advantage of a great, risk free opportunity to obtain real license to our products. Our support team is growing We pride ourselves on our product support but it doesn’t come easy. It requires a full team of dedicated professionals. Here is our current contingent of Product support engineers, at ApexSQL. We always love feedback on our team, good or bad, so my email is included in each of their email signatures, which helps me keep my finger on the pulse of our support quality. You can see more about our support services at the ApexSQL product support page. What’s coming up next? We are busily working on a new product, ApexSQL Enforce, which hopefully we’ll “officially” announce in the next newsletter. This will be a tool to parse SQL scripts, databases and even individual check-ins for various SQL object and code problems. This tool can enforce naming conventions, best practices, avoiding complexity and even coding errors. All results will be displayed in a rich grid and can be exported. We hope to ship the product with at least 150 out of the box rules. This tool will be ideal for Continuous integration as it can be added as an automated step in a CI or CD pipeline to scan all changes for any problems, issues and rule violations. Speaking of CI/CD we are working hard on a web interface to our CI/CD toolkit as well as plug-ins for TFS, Jenkins, TeamCity and other popular build servers. We hope to have all of these delivered in Q3. I’ll be providing information on two more new products that will also be released in Q3 over the next few newsletters.
